Why LogiClean exists

Many small and mid-size fleets run on spreadsheets, email attachments, and exports from different systems. Over time, that data gets messy: duplicate loads, inconsistent customer names, different date formats, missing references, and amounts entered three different ways.

That mess doesn’t just look bad—it slows down billing, creates disputes, hides profitable lanes, and makes it hard to trust reports. LogiClean was created to solve that specific problem.

How we work

LogiClean combines AI-assisted tools with manual review. AI helps normalize patterns quickly (dates, formats, basic corrections), while human oversight reviews critical fields, edge cases, and anything that looks uncertain.

This hybrid approach is intentional. Fully automated tools can be fast but blind to context. Purely manual work is slow and inconsistent. LogiClean aims for a balance: faster than doing it by hand, but careful enough that you can trust the output for billing and reporting.

LogiClean is based in Canada and works with fleets and dispatch services across North America.

While the operation is currently small, the focus is on building long-term relationships with customers and improving the service over time—not on pretending to be a large anonymous software company.
