What kinds of files can you work with?

We primarily work with CSV and Excel exports from your TMS, accounting system, or internal dispatch spreadsheets. If you have a different format, we can usually find a way to work with it—just mention it in your message.

How do you handle data privacy and security?

We only use your files for the purpose of providing the data cleaning service you request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Is this fully automated software?

No. We use AI-assisted tools to speed up and standardize parts of the cleaning process, but we still perform manual checks on key fields and flagged records. This hybrid approach helps balance speed with accuracy.

Do I have to change my TMS or accounting system?

No. You keep using your existing tools. We clean the exported data you send us and return it in a format that’s ready to re-import or use in reporting.

Are you able to guarantee “perfect” data?

No one can guarantee perfection, especially if the source data is incomplete or has conflicting information. What we can do is significantly improve consistency, catch obvious issues, and make your data much more usable for billing and reporting.
